Shipping

Once your account has been created or you have logged in, you can select items for purchase that will appear in your shopping cart.  You are able to pay with all major credit cards, by direct debit or through LayBuy.

Within 24 hours of receiving your order, you will receive confirmation. If you change your mind about an order you have made, you must notify us within 12 hours of placing the order to arrange a full refund. Cancellations after 12 hours from placing the order cannot be made, and the items you have ordered will be delivered to you and you will be charged for the items.

In many cases, we pass your order onto our wholesale partners, who then complete the order process by packing orders and arranging delivery. We source product from some of New Zealand’s best wholesalers. On rare occasions, items we have listed as “in stock” on this website may have run out, and only be available on pre-order.

In rare cases that this occurs, we will contact you as soon as we can to either arrange a refund, place your order on pre-order or help you select another item.

We aim to deliver “In stock” items within 3-15 working days (in many instances, it is within 3-5 working days). Once your order has been placed, we can give you a more accurate indication of delivery day.

Please note that a contact phone number must be provided on the delivery instructions so our driver can contact you prior to delivery to ensure someone is home to receive and sign for the delivered items.
